Yvonne De Carlo (September 1 1922 to January 8 2007,) was a born in Canada. She was an American actress of film as well as television. Through her career of six decades the films she appeared in were the most well-known during the 50s. She played her best known roles in films like Anna Marie in Salome where She danced Anna and Criss-Cross Sephora in The Ten Commandments with Charlton Heston. She also played Amantha in the film Band of Angels alongside Clark Gable. In the 1960s, she was the first actress to be cast as De Carlo accepted the offer to play Lily Munster for the CBS TV series The Munsters alongside Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis.
