Machine Gun Kelly

MachineColson Baker(born on April 22nd 1991), known professionally as Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), is an American artist, rapper, songwriter, and actor. His fusion of genres of hip-hop and alternative rock is what made him famous. The mixtapes he released were four from 2007 to 2010, and then signed to Bad Boy Records. The album he released first called Lace Up (2012 and peaking at the 4th spot on the US Billboard 200), included the smash hit single "Wild Boy" with Waka Flocka Flam. General Admission (2015) and Bloom (2016) were both commercial hits. The latter featured the hit single "Bad Things" featuring Camila Cabello. The song peaked at the 4th spot on Billboard's Hot 100. His fourth album, Hotel Diablo (2018), featured rap rock. Machine Gun Kelly's fifth album, Tickets to My Downfall was released in the year 2020. The album represented an unorthodox departure from hip hop and a transition into pop punk. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, the only rock album to achieve that during the same year. It also featured the single "My Ex's Best Friend", which reached the top 20 of the Hot 100. It was a commercial hit similar to following the release of the sequel, Mainstream Sellout (2022).Machine Gun Kelly had his first role as a lead in the romantic comedy Beyond the Lights (2014) Then he appeared in the techno-thriller Nerve (2016) as well as the horror film Bird Box (2018), the comedy Big Time Adolescence and played Tommy Lee in the biopic The Dirt (both 2019)
